DICK ELBERSE

After setting up and running a law firm with other lawyers straight from university, Dick Elberse started his own law firm -  Euromarks - in 1999. At that time he already had 10 years of experience in the field of intellectual property law.

Dick holds a degree in Dutch law and notarial law, followed by a post-doctoral study in Washington, D.C. at Georgetown University Law School (LL.M.). He is a member of MUMM, ECTA, INTA and is an official European Trademark Attorney. For an extensive curriculum click here.
